After a failed transfer, the mind goes into investigation mode.
Replay everything. Every step. Every symptom. Every "maybe I should have…"
As if the answer is hiding somewhere in the details.
But here's the hard truth: Overthinking doesn't give you control. It just gives you exhaustion.
Not everything has an immediate explanation. Not everything is something you did or didn't do.
The real "fix" isn't finding certainty — it's knowing when to stop searching for it.
Pause. Breathe. Let your system come down before the next step.
You can reflect, adjust, move forward… without tearing yourself apart first.
It's fine. It's not. But you don't have to solve it all today.
