I'm 47, single, and on a fierce IVF journey via embryo adoption — based between Barcelona and Germany, with a dog named Miles and a very honest Instagram account.

I started sharing my fertility journey because I couldn't find the kind of content I needed: raw, unfiltered, and not wrapped in toxic positivity. No "just stay positive!" No "it'll happen when it's meant to!" Just the real thing.

I chose embryo adoption because I chose emotional readiness over genetic attachment. I chose stability over ego. I chose motherhood — not DNA. And yes, it took me decades to get here. Because healing isn't on a biological clock.

This blog is where I write longer thoughts between Reels. The IVF process, the mental load, the self-care that actually works, and the products that have made this journey more bearable.

I'm currently in prep mode for a May transfer after a failed cycle in March. Immunologist appointment on April 14th. Still going.
